The detailed set-up:

The main module with an indoor area of 160m², is formed by: living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also more than 50m² of terraces and porches and about 220m² around the 11x4 pool area.

The medium module has 91m² inside for a living-dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. In addition there is a semi-covered 24m² patio and a 50m² porch.

The small module 49m² inside, has a living room, small kitchen, a bedroom and one bathroom. Outside there is a 18m² patio and a 42m² porch.

As a whole there is almost 750m² tamed, within a 6000m² lot, right on the limit of the Montaña Colorada protected area.
